TUCASI ONLINE PAYMENTS
Parents can now pay with a credit/debit card for trips and school dinners on line via the school website. Cash and cheque payments will still be accommodated but we hope that you will see the benefits of using the online system which gives you a more convenient and flexible way to pay. By making online payments you know that your money has reached the school safely. You can view your account statement and history and check when payments need to be made.
Please note that payments for school lunches go directly to Surrey County Council and not the school. If you are unable to see the school trip you want to pay for, please enquire at the office and do not pay via school lunches. We are not able to transfer payments from school lunches to school trips.
School trip payments will show the amount you need to pay. However, the amount payable for school lunches changes every half term. It can also vary for each child according to whether they missed a school lunch (due to absence or a trip) and there is therefore a credit on the account. This means that an amount will not show for school lunch payments. For full time lunches the amount for each half term will be in the newsletter and on the website and for part-time lunches in the letter sent home. Please ask at the office if you are unsure.
A letter detailing your child/children’s unique registration code has been sent home to every parent and this will allow you to set up an account.
