A team of Year 4 children was chosen to represent Cardinal Newman at the Quicksticks Hockey Tournament at Ashford Hockey Club.  

We found all our matches very hard but we came away with 2 wins, 1 draw and 1 loss.  There were 9 teams split into 2 pools and we just missed out on the quarter-finals.

We all enjoyed ourselves and learned some new skills.
