Reception Forest School

This morning the children ventured out into the Forest School area. We were going to look closely at the plants that are growing in the Forest School area and found that most of the leaves had been nibbled on, which led to us finding lots of ladybirds on the Silver Birch Tree. The children were fascinated by the way some leaves had bigger holes than others and they were very keen to find caterpillars, but unfortunately there were none. A great morning was had by all.
