Registered Charity/Match Funding

Matched funding

Matched funding is a scheme whereby employers provide funding to charitable causes by “matching” the fundraising undertaken by their employees.  This could therefore have the potential to increase the takings at our school events many times over.   There are of course various schemes; the amounts donated range from approximately £250 to £1000+ per employee per event.

As the Parents’ Association is a registered charity (number 1147192), we are in a position to benefit from matched fundraising via your involvement, however big or small, at any of the school fundraising events.

If your employer offers a matched funding or giving scheme, please contact the PA via email  so that we can ensure we would comply with their requirements.
