New Reception Parents September 2026-27

After you have accepted your offer of a place at Cardinal Newman, you will receive an email containing your Arbor login details where you will need to complete your child’s personal information. Arbor is the schools' information management system. 

This email will be sent to all parents at the same time around early May but may be up to 2 weeks after the acceptance deadline has closed on 30^th April 2026.

If you would then like to apply for a place at Whizz Kids for your child, you will need to:

• Fill out the Whizz Kids application form here and email to wraparoundcare@cardinalnewmanschool.co.uk
• Fill out the Whizz Kids information sheet email here to wraparoundcare@cardinalnewmanschool.co.uk
• Complete the Arbor Parent Portal with your child’s information
• Pay the deposit within 2 weeks of the initial offer from Whizz Kids, if you are offered a place

Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, and only if the above four points have been fulfilled.

Completion of the above does not guarantee your child a place; we only have a limited number of spaces. If your child is not allocated a place, they will be put on the waiting list.
